  • Delivery includes handling costs, packaging and postage.
  • We recommand you to group your purchases in a single order.
  • Your parcel will be sent at your own risks even if a particular care is brought to protect it.
  • Delivery deadlines applies from the day of the order expedition. Make sure you check the accuracy of your delivery address in order to avoid any problem. Indeed, in case of erroneous or incomplete address, we shall charge you postal charges additional.

The price lists of postal charges are calculated at the lowest and do not reflect the real cost of the transport, this to minimize this additional cost of the on-line sale and to make you benefit from the best possible price.

The delivery time depends on your geographical zone.

Indicative average deadline of reception (in working days):

  • France, Corsica, Monaco, Andorra, Belgium : 48/72 hours (24h express delivery)
  • Europe 3 à 6 days 
  • French overseas territories 5 à 15 days.
  • Rest of the world 5 à 15 days.

This delivery time does not take into account the deadline of preparation of the parcel.

  • We prepare and send your parcel as soon as possible. Most of the time the orders are sent before 10 am (till 13 hours for the express orders) or the next day if you order in the afternoon. The orders registered on Saturday or Sundays (or holiday), are treated next Monday (or next working day).
  • Parcel are generally sent from Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and holidays, after reception of the payment and are sent via the classic mail way :

*These lead times are the best lead times expressed in working days. They are given for information only and may be subject to changes. They run from Monday to Friday, except for shipments made on Saturday for which the lead times start from the following Monday. Estimate the lead times by destination and consult the country information sheet to see the specific applicable conditions. Deliveries are carried out on working days, except for bank holidays, in the destination country.

RETURNS

In case of retraction (14 days), and to facilitate the processing of its return, the customer can contact the company by e-mail to obtain a number of return before forwarding. This condition pulls by no means the cancellation of the right to withdraw.
The expenses of forwarding will stay in the complete load of the customer. Products must be forwarded complete, in a appropriate state to their re-commercialisation. It is also recommended that products are sent back in their original packing, according to modalities presenting guarantees of shipping similar to those defined during the initial expedition shipping of products.
